An e-ticket is an electronic version of a standard paper ticket which makes your travel with any airline even more convenient. The process of making an e-ticket reservation with an airline is just the same as always. The only difference is that an e-ticket is stored in the airline database rather than printed out. E-ticket means comfort and efficiency in traveling thanks to the achievements of e-technology in storage and data processing.

Travelling with a e-ticket is:

• safe - you travel without a paper ticket and no longer have to be concerned about loss or theft.
• ticket you can not forget - you don't have to take a paper ticket along with you when traveling since airline staff have constant access to the relevant ticket information.
• convenient - you no longer have to pick up your ticket or have it sent to you. Instead of a paper ticket, you will receive a confirmation (Trip Summary and Receipt) by e-mail that will contain all the relevant ticket details and your travel itinerary.
• faster - to check in with an e-ticket and receive your boarding pass, all you have to do is show your passport at the check-in counter. We advise to bring Trip Summary and Receipt with you or tell us when you started your trip to make the check-in even quicker.
• time efficient - airlines respect your time and minimize travel formalities having natural environment protection in mind.

Your travel with an e-ticket - step by step

1. Select or request "e-ticket" option at making your reservation (you can use an e-ticket when all the destinations in your itinerary are e-ticket eligible)
2. Once you have made your booking and payment, you will receive by e-mail a Trip Summary and Receipt that contains your important travel data as well as the e-ticket number.
3. Show your valid passport at check-in. We also advise to take the confirmation along with you when traveling since knowing when you started your trip will let our staff speed up the check-in process.
