Air tickets - low cost carriers

We have the pleasure to inform you that AIR CLUB has introduced low cost carrier tickets to its air tickets offer.

General information about low cost carriers:

• they offer only short distance flights inside Europe (or e.g. inside the USA)
• they operate on “First Minute” basis – the closer to departure the ticket is more expensive
• the ticket price is calculated on one-way basis, return ticket is calculated as separate two one-way tickets
• they operate to suburbs airports, which from one side reduce flight cost, but from the other side may cause additional costs connected with transfer to the city.
• they work on the basis of individual fares and transport conditions, different from rules of regular airlines associated in IATA
• the only thing necessary for check in is reservation number
• ticket price usually does not include any catering (meal) on board
• in case of flight cancellation passenger can be boarded only for next airplane of the same carrier (due to seats availability); costs connected with flight cancellation are covered by passenger himself
• no cancellations or returns are allowed
• each reservation change is charged additionally

In addition, low cost carriers require:

• payment for flight in the moment of booking, therefore while making reservation in AIR CLUB you should be prepared for immediate payment by credit card or cash.
• signature of carrier conditions as their acceptance

After making booking and payment, AIR CLUB agent will give you (personally, by fax or electronic post) reservation confirmation with the following information:

• reservation number (necessary for check in)
• detailed information on route
• detailed information on ticket price
• basic conditions of applied fare

For making the reservation for low cost carrier on your behalf, you will be charged 35 PLN for one way flight (which means that for e.g. Warsaw-London-Warsaw ticket – 70 PLN). For inbound flights 23% VAT will be added.

In case of payment with credit card the following 2 operations will be proceeded:

• charge for flight according to booking confirmation received from carrier
• transaction fee for AIR CLUB in amount mentioned above.

AIR CLUB does not take any responsibility for changes in timetables, flights cancellations or changes of prices of low cost carrier tickets.
