About us - Quality Policy
AIR CLUB Stanisław Modliński Travel Center is the service facility active on the tourist market since 1990.We specialize in rendering services required to plan and accomplish your trip.
While Air Club considers quality to be the fundamental factor determining customers’ satisfaction, basing on its mission the agency adopted the following quality policy:
- Air Club’s goal is the customers’ satisfaction reached in the dynamically developing environment, through rendering services satisfying our customers’ needs.
- We implement the goal by learning, understanding and meeting the needs of our customers as well as by constantly enriching our offer.
- We reach this aim by reacting to changing needs of our customers, examining the level of their satisfaction and constantly improving current company processes.
- The quality of our services is determined by our professional approach and long-lasting experience of our employees combined with constant learning, cooperation with reliable suppliers and application of up-to-date technologies.
Our team is our most important asset.
Implementation and improvement of Quality Management System in accordance with ISO 9001 standard is the guarantee of reaching our goal.
In our organization we are committed to meet basic requirements of the Quality Management System in accordance with PN EN ISO 9001 – 2001 standard and to constantly improve System efficiency, in the course of process monitoring and implementation of improvement activities according to the established procedures.
