Set on the mountainside, overlooking the valley, the Club Med Resort's large sun-soaked terrace offers a perfect viewpoint for après-ski relaxation. Parents and children can chat about an exciting day on the slopes of the vast Trois Vallées domain. Awarded "Famille Plus" status by the French Ministry of Tourism, Les Menuires offers a special welcome to families. In the Resort itself, tots can have fun in the snow garden while older siblings can hone their winter-sports skills at the Club Med Champions Academy ®. And teenagers can go at their own pace with the Special Teens' Snow Sports Package.

Accommodation

The Resort has 276 rooms in a typical mountain style. Some rooms have balconies with a view on the valley or the mountains.

Club Room A functional Club room offering a simple, honest level of comfort. Situated on all floors of the hotel, some rooms have a balcony. Additional options include connecting rooms, on the 3rd through 8th floors of the hotel; or a family room, situated on all floors except the 1st.

The main restaurant This restaurant, affording a panoramic view over the valley, offers international buffets in a warm and inviting setting throughout your stay. This is a non-smoking area. Meal exchangeYou can stop for lunch in another Club Med Resort in the same ski domain.

Le Night This speciality restaurant, located on level -1 of our Village, offers an intimate setting for your evening meal. This area is non-smoking.

The main bar At the centre of the Village, next to the theatre, this friendly and relaxing bar is open all day. This area is non-smoking. Every day, on your return from the slopes, enjoy a selection of sweet or savoury treats prepared by our G.O team. Open from 10 am to 11.30 pm.

Le bar de la discothèque Open from 11 pm, this bar is the place to be for a night of music and fast rhythms... This is a non-smoking area. Open evenings from 11 pm to 2 am.

At the beginning and end of the season, (approximately from 30 November to 19 December 2008 and from 18 April to 2 May 2009) you'll ski on the Domaine de Val Thorens, as the link to Domaine des Trois-Vallées will be closed at these dates.
