There's a delicious contrast between the feverish pace at Djemaa el-Fnâ and the haven of peace at this Club Med Village on its doorstep. Built in the Moorish style, this two-part Village is located in the heart of Marrakesh, facing the Djemaa El Fna square and in the middle of a vast palm grove.

Oliveraie Located in the "Médina" part, this international cuisine restaurant invites you to come on a gourmet world tour, for each of your meals.

Palm Grove Set in the heart of the Palm Grove, this restaurant with varied international buffets invites you to come and relax with friends. Golfers in particular will appreciate the late lunches specially designed with them in mind.

El Kebir An absolute must of the Village, set in the Palm Grove, this typically decorated restaurant offers buffets with specialities from Morocco. Tajines, couscous... give in to temptation. Open only for evening meals on reservation and depending on how full the Village is.

Médina bar A "kasbah" atmosphere in this bar, located in the main building. Little Oriental lounges, wall hangings, local earthenware, all take you into the heart of Morocco without leaving the Village.

Ourika Mint tea, cocktails, aperitifs... keeping things simple with a fabulous view, Djemaa el-Fnâ square.

Pacha Whether with family or with friends, come and enjoy this poolside bar, to share your day's experiences.

Moor bar This bar, which is only open in the evening, is a great place to come with friends and plan the evening ahead, over a cocktail.

Souks of Marrakesh Travel through time in the most famous souks in North Africa. Visit to the Marrakesh tannery, seeing the various professions at work: coppersmiths, blacksmiths... Visit to the Medersa Ben Youssef, the former Koranic school. Visit to the souvenir stalls.

Essaouira Formerly Mogador, one of the most captivating cities on the Atlantic coast. A white town with blue shutters, renowned for its artists and craftsmen, for its mosaics and its souks.

Fantasia "chez Ali" Dancers and musicians from all over Morocco, come to entertain you during a sumptuous dinner (lamb on a spit and couscous) under Moroccan-style tents. Fantasia, Morocco's great equestrian tradition, is the highlight of the show in a setting reminiscent of the Arabian nights accompanied by belly-dancing.

Telouet Kasbah and Ouarzazate Cross the High Atlas mountains via Morocco's high road. Visit to the Kasbah in Telouet, the favourite residence of the former pasha of Marrakesh. Moroccan-style lunch. Crossing of the Berber valley of Ounila leading to the Ait Ben Haddou Ksar. After the Reg, discovery of the Fint Oasis and the mint tea ritual with the locals. Visit to the Kasbah in Taourirt.

High Atlas by jeep Discover the depths of the Berber civilisations of the Moroccan High Atlas with an impressive and contrasting spectacle of colours and smells. Taste mint tea with the locals. Lunch at the restaurant "Le Sanglier qui fume", a former hunters' inn. Visit to the Lalla Takerkoust dam, the Marrakesh water reserve and Mount Toubkal.

The other side of Marrakesh Get off the beaten track and take a trip in old Marrakesh and its Jewish quarter. Visit a foundouk, a traditional hotel, a riad and some surprises to discover with the guide. Lunch in the Medina in a former palace.

Monuments of Marrakesh Horse and cart ride for a guided tour of the city's main monuments: the Saadian Tombs, the Dar Si Said museum and the Bahia palace. On the way back, stop at a stall specialised in local crafts.

Quad biking For those who love freedom and the great outdoors, go quad biking to discover the area surrounding Marrakesh through wadis, olive groves and arid areas. Mint tea with the locals, thrills guaranteed...

Ouira Valley Visit to the Majorele gardens, owned by Yves St Laurent. You will then head for the South to reach the North buttresses of the High Atlas. Travel through the Berber villages in the valley. Moroccan lunch in a restaurant. Return to Marrakesh via the famous Menara basin.
