The Hotel SPA Dr Irena Eris features 49 comfortable rooms and apartments that can accommodate up to 109 guests.

Each balcony opens to a picturesque view of the Beskid Sadecki, dominated by the Jaworzyna Krynicka peak with a gondola line running up its slopes.

Rooms are equipped with: satellite TV + radio channels, Pay-per-view TV channels, telephone, hairdryer, dressing gown and slippers, mini-bars, lawn chairs, safes, coffee and tea kettles.

The hotel day starts at 14.00 and ends at 11.00.

The rate includes: accommodation, breakfast, access to the swimming pool, Jacuzzi, sauna complex, gym and cardio studio, unguarded car park, local health resort tax, and VAT.

Peak season lasts: from December 1 to May 4 and from September 6 to September.

Bar & Restaurant

"Sixth Sense" Restaurant Visitors can complement their luxurious leisure in the SPA atmosphere with our original dishes and desserts available in the restaurant. We offer buffet-type meals consisting of three parts: cold with snacks and a variety of salads to choose from; hot with the choice of two soups and three main courses plus a wide range of additions; finally, the dessert. For those who will not succeed in finding what they want at our counters, we offer a rich selection of great à la carte meals and fine wines. Every weekend, there is a thematic supper at our restaurant, during which we present world cuisine, e.g. Greek, Italian, Russian, Old Polish, or Hungarian. For those of our guests wanting to keep their figures, we prepare meals according to Montignac method, worked out by Dr Izabela Tilszer. The five-course "Montignac" diet of 1,000 kcal has been devised taking into consideration the Polish culinary tradition.

"By the Fireplace" Pub Our cosy and comfortable pub with a fireplace is a perfect place to relax after a busy day. In an attempt to cater for our customers’ tastes, we have made an effort to provide a wide range of alcohols and drinks. Delicate music, carefully chosen lighting, and a glass of fine alcohol should be enough to convince you that spending your free time there is worth while. A spacious and comfortable terrace with its opportunity to sit surrounded by beautiful nature will certainly make it more attractive.

"Lachówka" Chalet If you are looking to spend a nice evening together with friends or colleagues, and traditional music from Polish mountains, you should come for a barbecue to the “Lachówka” chalet, located in the hotel’s premises. You will have a wide variety of barbecued food to choose from, superb additions and drinks. Even the most demanding customers will leave satisfied.

What emphasizes the character of our hotel is the SPA infrastructure.

The swimming pool and Jacuzzi surrounded with plants are the places to relax, water soothes your senses, and the sauna will calm you. If you want to keep fit, there is a gymnasium and a cardio studio. Near the swimming pool you can do your weight training – the equipment has been adapted for people of different fitness levels.

You can also take advantage of power showers, hydro-massage, and physical exercise under instructor’s guidance (callanetics, aerobics, aqua-aerobics in the swimming pool).

The hotel houses a three-storey Dr Irena Eris Institute of Cosmetics which consists of 19 treatment rooms, including beauty parlours, massage therapist’s, body treatment, hydro-massage, endemic massage, NeoQi capsule, power shower, hairdresser’s, manicure and pedicure parlours, as well as safe tanning parlours as an alternative to solarium, and a dermatologist’s surgery.

There is also an opportunity for a massage (whole body – classic, our own brand neck and back massage, vital feet massage and hot stones massage Mauri), hydro-massage, pear-bubble bath, and a collection of treatments in NeoQi capsule.

A lot of treatments are accompanied by relaxing music and soothing aromas. All treatments applied as part of the institute's own unique Care Program, use Dr Irena Eris Prosystem professional cosmetics. Such preparations are designed to be used in beauty parlours exclusively and they are characterized by high degree of effectiveness confirmed by numbers of tests carried out in Science and Research Centre, a unit of Dr. Irena Eris institute. Selection of a suitable cosmetic treatment is preceded by skin diagnosis carried out with the use of specialist equipment and, if recommended, a dermatology specialist is consulted.
